Once upon a time...

... there was a Dutch girl. She had people she loved all over the world, that girl, in places close to where she lived and places far far away, so she couldn't possibly see all of them whenever she wanted to. But she had made a promise to herself to keep them updated on her life on a regular basis. To make sure they knew she was still thinking of the ones she didn't see all that often and wanted them to stay part of her life. So in the beginning, she kept it up pretty good, she posted on her blog at least twice a month, sometimes even more than that. But as months and eventually years went by, the regular posting became less and less frequent. Once every two weeks became once every three weeks. And once every three weeks turned into once a month... sometimes she even skipped one. There were simply other things to do, and she told herself she didn't have the time. And what could possibly be happening in her life that would keep everyone coming back to her blog... Coz it was always the same things happening: uni, friends and fun. And sometimes, when she was in a contemplative mood and felt like sharing, she wrote about things that were really on her mind. Things that said that every now and then, life wasn't all fun and laughter. But she was happy with her life. Coz it was hers to make, and she was going to make it beautiful. After all, there are no fairytales without happy endings :)

So things haven't changed much over here... It's mostly uni, friends and fun. And every now and then, there are other things too. I hope everyone's well :)
